Canceling & Refunds

All deposits are final. However, in the event your booking needs to be cancelled, we will be happy to reschedule your services/order for a later open date. 

Rescheduling policy usually consists of:

• Within one calendar year of original booked date 
• Requires minimum 48-hour notice of cancellation.
• Reason for cancelled events must be given. 
• We are also human, willing to work with you!
